• A Food Substitution report to help you stop eating the unhealthy foods you must avoid.

When you sign up for the 6-Week Body Realignment Program, you will receive a complimentary online video meeting, where we can discuss the issues you are experiencing, and schedule a time when the session is to take place. All consultations are done remotely without the need for your presence, and all findings will be emailed to you along with a journal to keep a note of how you are feeling and enabling you to keep track of your experiences and progress as your emotions are released.
